THE APS Report:
The APS Report: The Arno Profile System (APS) is an accurate, simple, yet highly, effective tool to gather information about the inborn temperament of an individual. It should take a maximum of 15 minutes to answer 56 questions. These questions are not designed for in-depth analysis or to be debated on how they should be answered as this will provide inaccurate results. It is designed to discover the real you.
It is a great tool to use for Clinical, Commercial screening and Personal screening.

Temperament Therapy is an analysis and measures the “inner self”, (the soul), on a personal level, for understanding development.
Cognitive Therapy focuses on specific problems with the emphasis on changing beliefs and thoughts.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy focuses on specific problems with an emphasis on changing beliefs and thoughts as well as observable behaviour. This is different than Behaviour Therapy that focuses only on changing observable behaviour.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy focuses on specific problems with an emphasis on changing beliefs and thoughts as well as observable behaviour (behaviour therapy). It also combines practical skills development empowering individuals to change their behaviour.
In Bibliotherapy the Bible is core foundation to re-align individuals’ irrational beliefs and distorted (wrong) thinking. It diagnoses and isolates problems, explaining how thoughts and behaviour can change by applying the word of God in our lives. (For Example the root anxiety is the lack of control, otherwise known as our god complex. “If I was god I would fix….I would change…I would be able to……) Instead of trying to carry the load we can choose to turn it over to God.
Motivational Interviewing is a goal-oriented, client-centered counseling style to bring about behavior change by helping individuals to explore and resolve their conflicting, reactions, beliefs, feelings (ambivalence) about change.
Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy is an active-directive, solution focuses therapy which emphasises resolving emotional, mental/ cognitive (thoughts, attitudes, beliefs) and behavioural problems in individuals.
Solution Focused Therapy focuses on solution-building rather than problem-solving. It acknowledges present problems and past causes, however emphasises exploring an individual’s current resources and future hopes – helping them to look forward and use their own strengths to achieve their goals
Social Behaviour and Network Therapy (SBNT), Combines effective substance misuse treatment approaches with social network support to resolve addictive behaviour. The core principle of SBNT is that positive change is promoted by support from a close network of family members and/or friends (referred to as ‘network members’) who provide a person who wishes to abstain from or reduce substance use with positive social support for change.
